Ghana Embassy on a TVET Mission

The collaboration between Ghana Embassy- Abu Dhabi and ACTVET, Abu Dhabi, is moving forward after our initial meeting in December last year. Both parties agreed to start with a pilot project in 2 regions, focusing on diverse areas like Health Science, Renewable Energy, and ArtificiaI Intelligence & Underwater Welding. The goal is to boost TVET in Ghana, building local capacity and fostering knowledge sharing.
Key Areas of Focus:
*Health Science Practical skills for Ghana's healthcare sector
*Renewables & Energy: Equipping for sustainable power solutions
*Vocational Training & Trainer Development: Building local capacity
*Exchange Programs: Fostering knowledge sharing between institutions
*Technical Equipment Donation: Boosting hands-on training
*Engineering & Marine Tech: Supporting key industries
*AI & Underwater Welding: Cutting-edge skills for emerging sectors.
As for the next steps, H.E Ambassador Hammed Rashid Tunde Ali and ACTVET Director General H.E . Dr . Mubarak Saeed Al Shamsi are likely to finalize implementation plans and timelines. Ghana's Embassy in Abu Dhabi will probably announce further updates.
