Emergency Travel Certificates are issued to Ghanaians for a one-way travel to Ghana under circumstances where passports are not available.

Request for ETC in line of a missing passport must be accompanied by a police report, and the individual must possess a clearance from the U.A.E immigration on his residence status. A valid ticket is mandatory.
